You decide on the value of your gift voucher and either telephone our office during office hours on on 01257 451 400 and pay over the phone or follow the below instructions and purchase securely online via PayPal.
To purchase gift vouchers online:
- Click the gift voucher ribbon in the top left corner of any page on our website
- Complete the form on the gift voucher page and click “order gift voucher”
- You will then be transferred to PayPal whereby you can either sign in to you PayPal account or you can pay via debit/credit card on the same page and also through PayPal
- After payment has been received by us your gift voucher will be sent out 1st class within twenty four hours
- To redeem vouchers all diners should make a reservation and state that they have a gift voucher when booking/ordering
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed against both food and beverages
- Any differences between a bill and the value of a gift voucher may not be claimed in cash
- Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash
