Booking Conditions
For all Christmas Bookings Please Telephone Monday – Friday Between 10am – 4.00pm.
All Bookings must be confirmed with a completed booking form and a deposit of £10 per person, marked for the attention of Peter Robinson Manager. Unconfirmed Bookings may be released with out notice
Menu Choices are requested in writing 7 days in advance. Amendments to menu choices must be made in writing 24 hours notice. Pre Ordered meals will be charged in full unless cancelled in writing giving 48 hours notice. Large parties will be seated on more than one table. Full payment is required for Christmas Day and New Years Eve by the 1st December 2008.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Management reserve the right to make changes to the programme where necessary. We reserve the right to relocate any parties to suit final numbers should they increase or decrease.
A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to the bill.
